The Reception
A friendly and available team is at your service from 6:00 AM to midnight, and a security guard ensures safety from midnight to 6:00 AM.
From your room, dial 9.
Entry Requirements
To avoid any disputes, your stay must be paid in advance upon arrival.
No refunds will be issued in case of early departure.
The rooms are available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated before 10:00 AM the following morning.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the reception as soon as possible to check availability.
For late departures (after 10:00 AM) and up to 12:00 PM (noon), an additional charge of 3,100 FCFP will be applied if available.
After 12:00 PM, the full nightly rate will be charged.
Upon departure, please return the remote controls and your room card to the reception.
Wifi
Complimentary access is available at the bar and/or reception.
PHONE
Upon your arrival, the line is automatically blocked. A security deposit of 3000 FCFP will be required to activate the telephone line.
During your stay, you have the option to obtain a direct phone number. Feel free to request this at the reception.
FAX
Please present your document to the reception. The receptionist will promptly fax it and provide you with the receipt of submission.

WAKE-UP CALL
This service is provided by the reception, which will schedule it for you.
Your phone will ring several times until you pick up the receiver.
ROOM SERVICE
Every day, a team of housekeepers cleans from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For long stays (one week or longer), towels are changed every 3 days and bed linens once a week. Room cleaning does not include dishwashing.
